haha. just got the car chipped. new top speed record on the motorway home :)

Gonna take it round some local roads in a short while to see how well the power comes in lower down.

Took it up to the chipped uk guy and he also tested it on the bmw dealer test rig. very comprehensive testing kit, even compared to some of the bosch stuff I've seen. Glad to report all is happy, including me.

So you've got a chip for a 1.8 M40 engine?

Don't chips take a few hundred miles to run in or something?

So you shouldn't notice the effect straight away....and it's gonna get better? :cool:

yeah, m40 1.8 chip

Not sure about the running in thing. It's not something I've heard of though.

Took her out for a spin earlier and she seems a bit more responsive.

Seems you guys have forgotten that the zone does an M40 chip then.....

M20 2.0 , 2.5 and M40 1.8 are available folks.

just for info, nothing meant by this statement :cool:

after speaking to ant, i wouldnt buy a chip from anywhere else!

pm ant tylerma, and hell tell you what benefits you can gain from owning a zone chip and hell be able to tell you the price which i have to say is unbeatable!

also may i add that ant does all this in his spare time and it isnt his career like chippeduk.

Standard rate is Ԛ£55 dude, in stock whenever you need one mate, I blow the eproms to order.

Adam does many things but this is not his forte.

all the zone chips are Ԛ£55, regardless of application, the only one I dont offer anymore is the M42 chips as they drove me insane :wink:

I posted the availability of the M40 chip 18 months ago with zero resonse, demlot was running an R+D chip for me @ that time, still I dont push the product, if you want it its there dude.

Oh, before I forget, Lee your chip left today as I had no eprom stock in the week , should get to you tuesday now mate.

FYI I am off to the US on the 16th for 14 days so my email is gonna be backed up for a while after OK

the zone shop is yet to open. thats why the link is dead dudes :cool:


rest assured shes coming soon, for now we do the chips via email (to me) and Pauls new powerflex deal is in place

M20 chip... no worries, what flavour ?? I have 29 now :lol:

Ant, I've been trying to get hold of you for months about my m40 chip, maybe your PM's aren't working or something, but i've also sent email. Whats the deal? If you read this I still want to try your other m40 chip, the more peaky one, more ragggged..............
