Lads how do i remove the chrome part of the grill on my 325 as i hate it
whats the best thing to do.

you could buy a new black grill off e bay all i did was remove origonal one by taking the two samall clips off the top rub it down with some scotch brite spray it satin black and put it back on looks loads better damn sight cheaper aswell

Painting the kidney grille black makes it blend in and takes away the most obviously identifiable part of the car IMO.
If you really hate the chrome effect that much you could think about painting it the same colour as your car?
I don't see (m)any E30s on here with this though so maybe it's a bit of a boy racery thing

Make sure you rub it down well and apply a couple of coats of primer and then at least two coats of the black, otherwise it will stone chip like crazy...
