as title please fella's just wanna know hoe's got one and what are they like? im thinking of getting one from the zone shop, dont know if to buy the 60/40 or the 35/35 ... do any of you have pictures of your e30's with the kit fitted?, how much does your car move, when going over bumps etc....? Basically i just wanna know if ill get my borbets under an e30 arch with a 60mm drop and no modding up front, personally i dont think i will, rear i deffinatly wont! i dont mind mdding the arches as ive done it to all the others ive had in the past. pictures would be great fella's to give me an idea, thanks all for your time, now upload me them piccys cheers pete

no chance with the front specialy with the m30 as well m8.

i found the 60 drop too low on my old touring with m30 as it bottomed out if you hit a decent dip in the road.

35 drop was a vast improvement

I have the 60/40 cup kit in mine with the M30 and found that is was a touch too low for practicality in a country area - so I put 20mm spacers in the front and now it sits 40/40. I can highly recommend the kit. Can take photos for you tomorrow.

As far as the handling goes - the M30 does not affect it adversly at all. It still turns in brilliantly and you know exactly where it is - point and shoot handling really.

Would it be alright with a M20 engine without the spacers? I'm pondering getting this kit as well since my old shocks and springs (Pi springs and stock shocks ) are pretty much shot.

60/40 would rape your car around uni ian. get -35 its much better. better still get bilstein shocks

Or get the 40/40 KW suspension kit as on the Zone Shop.

anyone got any pictures of the 35/35 drop so i can see how low i will be? i just cant see this kit being low enough for me... does the m30 lump really weigh a lot more than a m20 325? if not a 40mm gap normally up front is too high for me, im after something basically that will give me the right look over my wheel arches at the front, eg.. no big nasty black holes, same at the rear BUT it has to be a pretty firm ride as the arches are gonna rub like a bitch on my wide rims!
Could i not buy h&r springs 60/40 and then add adjustable shockers but really firm them up? ive had spax kits on my previous e30's though and they were a pile of shite to be honest, even set on the firmest they were too sloppy. Help me out fella's i dont wanna pay coilover money if you get me, project has cost a small fortune as it is and there aint been too much progress as of late

I know thingy in the Zone shop was going to me the H&R 60/40 springs with the Koni adjustable shocks. I think he has put this setup as a stand-a-lone item now.

These are the spacers - they have a bmw stamp and part number on them - so must be available from bmw.

No problem - 7X16 with an offset of 25 - 225's on the back and 205's on the front.

Did you have to use longer studs on the strut tops ?

I might have to get a set my self, i'll see if i can find them on the ETK
