Lads, i've got a dilemma that needs sorting, bear with me if you will.

I've currently got a 325iS Evo 1, a saffer special edition. Early spec alpina 2.7 lump, full M3 suspension, LSD, leather, m-tec kit, aluminium doors / bonnet / guards, 1/500 in Evo 1 spec. Polaris silver

I've been offered 15K NZ for it (7k quid I guess).

If I did sell, i'd buy a 2.7 powered wagon thats popped up here for sale, for 10K, and spend the remaining cash on an m-tec kit and 16x9's all round  maybe one of ant's turbo kits! http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Motor ... 851213.htm

So do you think what i've been offered is realistic for an E30 of this type? The guy has cash buring a hole in his pocket, but everytime I drive my car I can't bear to even think about selling it!

your 'export' 325iS is rare, and original - it will only increase in value

if I were you I'd keep it

(sorry I've no idea of car values over 'there')

Ԛ£4600 for a touring, it'd need to be quite something for that! + if you spend the remainder of your cash on the touring you'll never see it again - as above, keep it.

hmmm - I sense a business opportunity, AND a great way to get rid of the UKs 320i tourings

I still think you'd end up with a lesser car, and less money.

Turbo Tourer would be awesome in NZ.

I do love the 325i Sports you get out there though...

Tough decision, you'd maybe do better to export the car here and sell for more than you're being offered in NZ and then have more to spend on the tourer.

KEEP IT! U will miss it if you sell it and the chances of getting the same enjoyment from the touring will take a lot of time and money!

Cheers for that lads, guess i'll keep her

My touring was going to be based on yours Mr. Nelson, right down to the hartge splitties and wood panelling.

Mine is one of 3 Evo's in the country, so wank factor is up there :P
