Can anyone give me the german word for hard top so I can search ebay.de please???

Just look under e30 hard top and they should be there.

or you could type in 'hardtop' in wikipedia, then press the 'deutsche' translation option - this leads me to guess it is possibly 'Cabrioverdeck'

no decided not to as i will put the car away on saturday and bring out the fiat for the winter ...i have been tempted in the past but it didn't make sense...still look and get tempted though...i went and bought my splitties though which was easy enough...the worst part was dover to the m1 on a sunday afternoon

verdeck is softop tried using babel fish and ebay.de didn't like it.

One word of warning though ....
Ask for actual pictures of the top.
I have seen quite a few being advertised with the same picture. Bit easier dÃƒ”šÃ‚´for them to copy an existing picture rather than taking their own.
