Genuine Smoked Hella advice needed (from those who have them

I have been told that as only the front part of my smoked lights is made by Hella I need some Hella rear parts from an e34 to prevent the crap seal and subsequent fogging up I am getting at the moment. Can someone tell me or show me a diagram of exactly what i should be looking for and where the best place might be to find them? Thanks

William, find an E30 or an E34 fitted with hella headlights rather than bosch, and buy the complete units.

Have a look at the lights, and it will become apparent what bits need to be swopped over, or alternatively, take them to whoever done them for you before, and ask them to swop them over.

ok thanks Simon, currently after a set on Ebay so hopefuly they will come along and I can sort things out then. Didn't know if it was likely that anyone would split front from back and then obviously I'd need to know little more about what exactly I need. Whole unit won't be that much though so I'm just waiting for him to come back to me on whether or not they are Hella (they're from an e34) - I presume there's no way of telling from a picture, here's the link if there is:

Yes William, will be easier to buy complete, and probably cost the same.

All 4 lamps in the above link are Hella, you can see the hella marking at the bottom.
