Hi,

Noticed yesterday, on medium/hard braking the steering wheel "wobbles"
Is this due to warpped disc's??

Cheers!!

Could well be, or knackered wheel bearings. Even had it from a bent wheel once!

Do you keep your foot on the brake in traffic etc by any chance instead of using the hand brake?

Eh? if you take a disc and warp it, is it not a warped disc?

i think ebf refers to the often quoted fact that 'warped disks' are usually disks with uneven brake pad material deposits and these can be skimmed off unless the disk is worn out.

there are actually warped disks, but this is very rare.

lol!

I think that FBF is reffering to the fact that what is commonly called " warped disks" is due to a build up of deposits on the face of the disk, therefore the disk is not in itself bent
