Only thing that is missing is the reflective triangles that are legally required on a trailer ;)

Standard reflectors are built into rear lights yep
BUT
trailers MUST have triangular reflectors by law - have a look at ANY trailer you see, wether it be hauled by a car, or it is an articulated truck - all have triangles

conveyence of passengers in a trailer is illegal, wether it be carravan or car-type trailer alike

cant see any problm with standard car lights as trailor lights
