leather/tweed interior

does anyone have pics of the tan leather seats with the tweed inserts in them?

I cna't seem to find any......... and this car I am bidding on has them, and they are mint. they almost look newly recovered.

but the pic is small, so I wanna see a bigger pic to see some more detail....thanks.....

Definately a retrim job , i'd be very suprised if the non tweed material i.e bolsters etc were not plastic, very few people would do a retrim using a strange cloth like that and use leather for the other bits. Your florida climate while kind to metal work is very harsh on upholstery and most e30 interiors if not shagged, will have had some repairs /retrim action.

well, I have no idea if it is tweed...... that is just what it looks like to me.

and I couldn't see anyone doing a retrim would use plastic.....lol

I know I have seen other E30 interiors with the inserts like that......not sure if they were trying to replicate or just all out custom.......
