prop centre bearing-problem solved !

i got my new custom prop back on friday,the front half that was cosworth had been badly made with a dodgy joint and unbalanced,Propshaft services made me a new one and balanced it for the unpricely sum of £75. this morning i done a couple of hard launches with lots of wheelspin and everythings still intact.hopefully now i wont be replacing centre bearings every month now

An unbalanced prop will knock the centre bearing out in no time.

was good to come round and get a peek under the bonnet today - maybe next time I'll get to see it in action

no problem mate,i should have taken you for a spin today while its all still in working order,its not like that for long usually i fitted a new prop bearing 2 weeks ago and within a couple off hours the metal around the bearing had been stretched from round to an almost square shape,not good.its just another corner that has been cut by the 'specialist' engine conversion garage that has came out in the wash
