How do you insert a picture in this forum?

Can anyone one tell me in a understandable way how to add pictures. If there is a insert picture option I cannot see it. Ok so I am thick but help me out.

no problem dude. open a new internet window and go to this site...

http://www.imageshack.us/

on the right side, browse to pick the picture you wand to host, then click 'host it'

after, you should see a screen with loads of adresses in boxes. copy the last one (below the image in the middle of the page)

paste it to here, then highlight it and click on the 'img' symbol above. voila

There's a sticky "how to" in the forum FAQs (The one in the forum index) which goes through this in detail.
BUT, when I tried it the other night, all I could get to appear in the post was the image shack URL and the pic location where the photo should be.
What was I doing wrong?

the same happened to me when trying to change my sig if i done it by clicking on "your account" at top of page it wont work but if i click "profile" and do it that way it's fine
