Anyone know what the BHP for a standard 1989 320i should be?

I tottaly agree with both of you, but they are still pretty slow. The soundtrack more than makes up for it though

Agreed they drive well and not that slow... sounds fantastic too but could be quicker, decent power for the capacity and year though.
Just looked up the specs for my dads old fiat croma cht for comparison (89 so a year younger than my 320) 2.0 twin cam 100 bhp

Has there ever been any really tuned up 320's on the zone, tubo'd / carb'd whatever. Would be interesting to hear about cuz they are pretty revvy engines.
