Thanks to all of you that suggested a sollution to the problem i was getting with water in my wells.
After closer investigation there was a small triangular hole in the welding near the top of the light cluster!! (see the link) The water was flowing along the top of the sill and into this hole, flowing straight into the well. The gaskets were doing their job fine! Just didnt notice this hole/expect it to be there!!
It raining now so the final check will be done in an hour or so...
