im sticking full e30 m3 running gear on my project car, and i lookin for a suspension upgrade kit to whack on before i put all the stuff on!!

ive run H&R on my sport with great results,, thing is, i was wondering if there's any kit out there that's best for the m3.

the car will have a 3.6l engine but i think the m3 application stuff should be fine... as the engine will be quite far back anyway...

so do i go for the cup kit??

cheers

You're dropping an M5 engine (read expensive) in a low mileage 318is (read expensive), with E30 M3 running gear (read expensive), and you say the coilover's out of your pricerange!! I thought it was funny anyway!

Before you say it though, I know you've probably made a bit back from selling the parts you didn't need...

I have no idea to be honest mate, I'm quite happy with the stock stuff as it's brand new, because the PO had ripped the non functioning EDC out.

Yours will deffo need upgrading though :clin:

I can't wait to see the finished product though... :notworthy:

H&R height adjustable coilovers are about Ԛ£830

KW Variant 2, height adjustable + adjustable rebound damping are about Ԛ£850.

I've got some H&R race springs and bilstein sports which are meant to be one of the best non coil over set ups. have a look on s14.net. If i don't keep the e30 you can have first refusal on them.

got it from america from 2 different sources. you can't get the H& R race springs here. I'll have to check but i think around Ԛ£400ish for the whole set up (both new items). I'f i do sell them i'll sell them to you for whatever they cost me.
