do the back seat of the touring lay flat? if so how...


thinkin of going on a lil drive after uni, try and cover most of uni before i gotta start working!! jus curios instead of paying for hotels turn the back into a lil bed for the trip!!

Yes mate, they do lay flat (ish).

Firstly you need to flip the seat base up (the bit you sit on and its in 2 bits) then press the lever that pokes out and fold the backrest down that is also in 2 bits. If you have rear headrests like me you will have to pull them out. Thats it really, oh and take the load cover out unless you want to be doing the limbo!

If you want a bit more room the seat bases actually unclip by pinching the 2 eyelets together on each base.

Its a better option than a tent, I might do this at the billing aquadrome meet/show in a couple of weeks.

yeah the touring seats are great for that!

fold down and a fly kip

just watch your head when you get up in the morning (roof is DAMN low)

and take a cover, as cars dont keep heat in too well
