Propper gay.

This will teach me to bodge things!
When i done my engine conversion last summer i found that the little plastic thing that connects the throttle cable to the arm on the TB was broke, so i glued it back together and it held for a good 8 months lol, went out to my car earlier to go pick up a mate, and i had no throttle at all, so i got out checked and realised that the thing had fallen off, so now im throttle less, and i doubt its a common BM stocked part, looks like im walking to work tomorow then... :x

Should of done it right the first time round!

d'oh, lesson learnt i suppose

at least you didn't have to get a mate to sit there operating the throttle remotly (bit of string out of the bonnet) had it went after you had picked him up

i've had to lie in the foot well of a beetle for a while to get home when the cable snapped at the back of the accelerator pedal
