right, finally got them now. the postage including the tax that our friend tony adds on all came to just a little more than the lights themselfes!

anyway, im a bit stumped on the wiring.

just looking, i can see what must be the wires for the rings dangling.

i really want to wire these up to the lights that come on that are the first stage of side lights.

i hope i can describe this well:-

u have 2 lights each side, makes four (der), the end ones are side, and main. when i start the car off the alarm, another set of sides come on, but are faint. now does anyone know if these stay on all the time the light switch is in 1 or 2 mode (1 being side and 2 being dipped main)

and also is it possible to take the power from this to power the lights?

i want to be able to start the car at night, and the rings come on. it will look propper mean, and scare little kids as to why has the car started with no one about (i can do it from 1km away hahaha) plus the cars eyes are lit up. :D
any one help me ?

here's how i wired mine, i ditched the crazy wiring loom which you connect to the battery as it did not work. I got the angel rings setup on a switch which is wired to the battery. I get constant feed through there so it will work when the car is not running. Thats how I did mine, you could probably wire up the angel eyes to the side lights as well so that they come on when the side lights are on but its nice to have just angel rings on as their own as they do look nice. Hope that helps.

ok mate.

i will see how it goes. how long did it take you?
also, did you have to play about getting the headlights facing the right way?
my uncles garage has half day saturday, so if i start early enough i reckon i can fly up his, and get them set up on the mot machine :D

well thinking abiout wiring took the longest! wiring up took around 1-2 hours at the most. Yeah forgot to mention you need to adjust the headlight beams to get them level for the road. That took the longest time for me as I had to swap the original lights back over to get a level mark to work against!!!! That will take you time but thats perks of doing in front of your own garage!

them headlights have the best instructions....
yer right..

looks like they been written by a koso. one part doesnt make sense at all, and there are typos all over the place.

i think i got it sorted tho. may be i should of requested 'instructions for dummy'

it was all to do with fitting together that adjuster.

does anyone know what bosh bulbs ill buy, so i can chore the right ones ;)
the full beam should go in as normal? ill just use what i got already, but drivers side dipped beam is playing games.

the instructions aint great, coupla picture diagrams and very few words! Bulbs simply just take the old ones outta your old lights, they'll fit straight in. You'll notice the difference straight away, projects the light so much further and better. If i remember that adjuster was a pain to fit, that took a bit of time.
