Right. The time has now come for me to decide what colour i want on the Msport. I originally wanted to keep it original colour, but with the things i'm doing to it, there's not much point really cause if i have to sell her, the type of person who would be interested in her, wont be bothered about a colour change as the car is no way as BMW made it anymore. The only thing i have to decide now is what colour!!! I wanted to go for a dark blue or smething similar, but my mate has a E46 cab with a special order paint (Looks a bit like a Seca baby blue) and i love that colour too. I cant decide so i though i'd post here for ideas please.

Thanks in advance for any help

Ben

Been raped by the E36 boys mate  I think i'll go for my mates E46 colour cause as Dean ponted out, no E30 in the Country is wearing that colour as far as we know, so it will make the car unique winkeye

There are 4 shades of that blue and he has the lightest. I could also add a bit of something to give it a bit of a twist. I've wasted 2 weeks of the car sitting in bodyshop cause they cant do anything until i tell them what colour i want. :(

bootyman....u all good?

that colour nice but would look right on the e30 - the lines of a e30 not so curvy compared to the e46....nice car though....

bright yellow???

It wouldnt look right with all the mods i'm doing to have the same colour again. You aint going to win anything at any show with Serbring grey i'm afraid. Besides it will cost me the same to have a colour change as it would to have a the original colour so no point.

I'm keeping the original Tech2, but smoothing everything and bulging up the arches to take my monster rims. I'm trying to use the same size wheels as the Rieger, so you can imagine how wide i'm trying to make it. I dont know how well it will work cause it's never been done. Not Even the Euro boy's have done it so we'll see winkeye

I actually like the silver Gee. The Rieger has that as a basecoat and it looked fat before they put the Kandy on it winkeye

Black is not really on cause it will mask the width od the car. I need a brighter colour so all the buldges can be seen.

Mate i saw my Ex with her new man Saturday. The sickest i've ever felt in my life and i really do hate all Black TT'S now :D

havent heard that done! Well dont pick a dark colour like black or a dark blue, as a lighter colour you can see the features of a car more, how about this colour, i dont know what it is, but its really nice specially in different angles an that when the sun hits it?

That is rather nice, but i prefer the slightly darker shade of the E46. I'd also have to find the paint code for that E30 :D

dont let it bother you mate, consider it this way her new man is just having left overs, you've already been there and dealt with her. Besides man, with that reiger with the top down you'll be having girls chasing you for some booty loving man! :)

Thanks bud. I wish it was that simple. I work on the door so i get to meet lots of females, but i'm so use to being with my lady that it almost feels like im cheating cause i havent got used to the fact that i'm a single man now. Ho well, i guess there are people with far worse problems than that in life so i'll just have to get on with it

Ben... 4 months now. Her birthday today. The last week has been terrible. Nasty dreams, shitty feelings. Not as bad as it has been, but pretty bad. Keep trying to think of other things to try to get to sleep, but no good. I'm mad with myself as the last 6 weeks or so have been fine! Grrrr! I think it's because the court case for the divorce has been decided that brings it all home and makes it real.

Got to keep positive dude! :D

Funny you say about the dreams cause its been like that for me too. I guess i was kind of hoping she'd have realised by now that she's making a mistake and that kept me going, but seeing them together brought it home to me that they are actually making a go of things and that's a real kick in the teeth. I donmt even want to come home at weekends now :(

I can have your ex kidnapped if you want, then she will miss the Court date and you can keep what is rightfully yours winkeye

winkeye

Sounds like fun. Probably not a good idea in the long run though!

Got a million and one things to be worrying about at the moment, but none as important as wallowing about her so it would seem! Grrrrr!

How about Orient Blue? It's a dark blue (as on my 7 series). Nope... no dark colours... Erm, how about Avus Blue? Darky-mid blue as seen on the E36 M3's... not Estoril. Naaaaah, not a 'cool' enough colour me thinks.

Will think some more...

like i said i think the E46 colour is perfect and will be unique for your car, and the wheels and interior will set it all off, pimp mobile number 2, or is it 3, or 4 lost count 8O

'kin hell... 10's aren't wide enough...? 8O

A 4" dish will look great!

I'm in two minds as to how this will turn out and whether or not I'll like it. But I'm sure you know what you're doing judging by your last two creations! 8)

Can't wait to see it when it's done!

It will look like a E30 that's been fed steroid's :D I wanted to use the old Rieger wheels, but the dish was just too wide and would have made the arches looked bubble like, hence sending the wheels back to Image cause i want the arches not to look out of tune with the rest of the Tech2 kit, but still noticable. I guess we'll all have to wait and see how them end up looking

Cool. Blistered arches with the Tech 2 kit will look great.

You got a piccie of the style of wheel you've gone for, or is it a secret?
