Bah, first time it's ever failed.

Needs new trailing arms (or something, sorry, I'm not very technical minded:))
Noisey wheel bearing (the other one was done last year)
Hole in the exhaust.
Lazy rear brake cylinder.

The guy said he didn't look too closely at the bushes (probably just as well!)

And the plonkers that changed my front tyres put them on the wrong way round!

Apart from that he said it's very clean underneath and is only doing the work that would be expected on a car 1/2 it's age.

Waiting for my mechanic to phone back with a quote. :(
Anyone got a mint 325i Sport they can sell me for a fiver? winkeye

sounds like it came out of the MOT very well for a car that age, my tourer and 318i MOT's are both due in 17 days.... I better start saving soon!

Gotta order some bits now (it'll be cheaper if I do it myself and then get the mechanic to fit them)

I have no idea what to order though!

mine goes in on thursday. The recent icy and wet weather means I may have "polished" the insides of my rear tyres. Gulp!

Am expecting a bill for this mot. I reckon shocks, some bushes, fuel lines (I'm doing shi**y mpg for a 320i cab)

Plus I need a new roof and new central locking... anyone got a spare grand????

(or a spare 2.5 to donate!!! winkeye)

What CL bits do you need? Think I've got pretty much a complete set of spares!

Mine went through last week without even one advisory. Not that I'm a smug git or anything! :P
