Depending on what type of work, I know a guywho is a qualified BMW technician that works at Heathrow BMW that does private work on the weekends. His work is very good! and he will even stamp your service book with the BMW stamp.

That sounds like a good idea. But sadly it isnt. As if a prospective buyer sees the stamp and phones Heathrow BMW to check the history, there wont be a record of the car being in to them. So it makes all the rest of the history look suspect wth regards to authenticity.SilverShadow wrote:Depending on what type of work, I know a guywho is a qualified BMW technician that works at Heathrow BMW that does private work on the weekends. That's fine - when i bought the car it had no service history book, so im not too worried, If any one knows anyone else who wants to make a bit of cash at the weekends, jobs need doing are basic
angel eye conversion
fog light replacement
dash bulbs replacement
electric aeriel fitted
oil change
i will try and attempt these myself, if i ever get time... So if anyones a bit handy they could make a quick buck.
