Advice needed on chipped uk

I got a chip from this guy and it failed(Caused lot's of bad running) after a week he was spot on in supplying me with a replacement.This also failed so contacted him and sent the 2 chips back recorded ready for my refund this was nearly a month ago tried to phone,sent loads of e-mails with no reply and now i can not get on his website says No such page exists.Any idea's would be great don't get me wrong i have seen lot's of good things about his chips just did not work for me and he did offer the refund.
