are white dials easy to remove or do you have to buy some new clocks?! if they are easy to remove is the original dial marked at all? thanks!

easish to remove but take care when removing the needles and make sure they go back in the same positions, if the previous owner has left the old dials underneath the new ones i don't know ,all well and good if he has , maybe the safest way to ensure you don't bodge the job is to relace the lot with a 2nd hand set of clocks ( i know about the mileage issue ) thedials themselves are just thin plastic discs held in place with two grub screws for each dial
