can anyone recomend a company that will make up a one off intercooler? i need a larger,full height one for stage 3 but the cosworth rs500 intercooler wont fit in the space behind the grill,thanks :thumb:

what about the large volve (760?) one? toby is using one on his M30 turbo conversion and it fills the front up nicely.

depends exactly how big it needs to be i suppose but the volvo one seems huge...

is the volvo intercooler upto handling 24psi and beyond of boost ? does that fit in the space between the rad and the front grill? :?

Im sure they do universal and one off intercoolers.

If not I know this place has been used by some Vauxhall guys for their custom FMIC on Astras and Novas - have a look on the Custom Items page, theres a charge cooler for a supercharged E30 M3 8)

You can try PACE PRODUCTS in Haverhill, Suffolk. They do a lot for motorsport teams and very good quality.
