Just bought a K reg 318 cab in Ipswich, but i havent seen the car yet. The sale is subject to the car being in excellent knick with no rust and the power hood working fine and i was wondering if any of you lives near Ipswich with a bit of time to go check it out for me please!!

Hello Ben,

I work on the other side of the road to where the car lives 9-5 and I know Matty quite well, have spent some time in and around it and I know for a fact it had a service the other day and came back with a from the garage.

It drives fine, roof's in good nick, leathers vgc too. All original apart from wheels, exhaust and suspension.

He's scratched the rear side valance but that's about all the issues bodywork wise.

Cheers Fozzy. I'm getting the car resprayed anyway so dont matter about the scratch. I'm also hopefully getting the engine change, so my only concern is that the car has no rust and the roof is ok as they are really expensive to fix. Apart from that the car will be getting a full booty makeover and you wont even recognise it when it's done

Hey guys just gonna hijack your thread.
I live in Bury St Edmunds and have just bought a 2.8 m52 block to put in my car. Once I have checked out the internals and got the necessary ancillaries, does anyone living near me fancy lending a hand?? It won't be for a little while yet as finances and dark evenings are both a bit short!
