Has anyone managed to repair a VDO fuel level sensor/sender, I took mine apart and one of these very fine wires inside the unit is snapped , can the wire be replaced or is it a new one that's needed, Cotswold can't get one for nearly 2 weeks.... £ 350 ......????? any suggestions out there,Ian.
