Can anyone recommend somewhere for testing and fixing an ECU around the Warminster Trowbridge area please Don't mind posting if needed

What do you think is wrong with it, and which particular ECU is it, e.g., 0 261 200 381, etc.?

ECU Upgrade EPROM Chips, £40 posted within the UK. Note these are not Zone chips.
