Has anybody tried these, are they any good and will they fit frankenstien engine m43 with a n m40 head

I put these in my e46 325 and had to turn back and fit the old ones in. Ran like shit and for £12 each 8O 8O I was well pissed off.
But, They may be fine for yours :D
