Mudflap Fixings

Has anyone had any experience retrofitting mudflaps? The clamps that go along the side of the flap and attach to the bumper are readily available, but there’s supposed to also be a right angle joint that attaches to to a chassis bracket.. but I be damned if I can find it or see it anywhere

Any help appreciated!
