Messages sat in outbox

Is there any reason messages to people would sit in the outbox and not be sent?

it will sit in your outbox till the person you sent it to reads it then it will move to the sent box, hope that helps.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.
