I think for a while there were some LHD ones left a few years back when I last checked, but nothing RHD. Unless it is one of the things that has been re-made for BMW in the last year or so, I would say they are NLA to my knowledge.

If it is a 6-cyl carpet then that should not be a problem, 4-cyl are very hard to dye successfully. 6-cyl are smooth 'velour' type. 4-cyl have a distinct weave.

yeah if only BMW made new carpets as i dont think you can use the LHD one and modify? , someone with connections should arrange a new batch of RHD carpets . A lot of E30s are being restored these days and people not afraid to spend some coin

I've dyed a few carpets, and have never been happy with the results - looks fine for the first few weeks, but after regular use and cleaning it always started deteriorating badly. Am actually having new carpets made for mine now to replace the dyed one.

Look at this on eBay

They're well known for having the shittiest fitment quality ever. No foam underneath them either.

Im going to buy buying this and using a paint gun to apply, brushing between coats etc. Seen some good results online. what else can you do really other than pay stupid money for a decent used item?
