Hi, has any one had experience with the rims in the link below? Thinking of going for a set.
Also, what tyre sizes would you recommend?

I looked at some "Dare" for the e46 and the pics seemed ok but settled on some style 393`s instead.
I did buy some staggered BBS reps with a polished rim for the e46 about five years ago from a shop in Ayr from ebay and they were great and they did the same for the e30 but cant trace them anymore.

I definitely wouldnt be fitting them to any of my cars, I have seen these up close on customers cars and they are very thin/flimsy around the hub area, as they are made in china its not very reassuring really!

if you want those type of wheels have a look at caliber vintage, i had a set for nearly 10yr's till i got my set of azev a's,

the caliber wheels took a daily battering & i never had any problems with them while i was using them.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

For any aftermarket wheels, I follow a simple formula. How much do they weight and are they TUV certified. Cheap reps will be heavy and won’t come with any certification.

I have 15” BBS reps from MaxiLite and can’t fault them. Weights exactly as the originals and is TUV certified and comes with 3 year warranty.

I've had a look at Maxlite but the bbs reps don't seem to be available. I was originally lgoing down the alpina route.
Ill message them to see if the bbs are availible. If not I may go for the alpina

To be honest I'm not too keen on the polished rims, even though I added the link on the first post. The 16" bbs on Maxlite look good, but they're currently not in stock.
Any other non polished bbs options out there?
