Sunroof adjustment help?

I recently replaced the seal on my sunroof because it was dry and rotted out. However, when I put the new one in it seems to be a smidge to thin because it leaks water into the cabin. The seal is Bmw genuine btw. Any tips on how to adjust the sunroof properly so it makes a perfect seal? https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/

The rubber round the sunroof is not a water seal. It is just to stop wind noise.
If water is leaking into the cabin then either the sunroof drains are blocked or the tray is rusted through.
Drains run from the front and rear corners of the tray.
