Hi, anyone used LLL Parts based in London for new body panels? They claim to be genuine BMW parts?

I asked why and they said they had no stock and returned my money.
I find it frustrating that after taking my money and confirming the order it took them well over a week to say they didnt have any in the first place
Were they original BMW items ? I dont know but I will never use them in the future only to be let down again.
