I went google searching for a company to make me a new set of plates. I wanted exact copies of the originals though and this was proved a little tricky.
In the end Sam from EZ Plates was really helpful, emailing over the draft design and then the test prints. Easy and safe PayPal payment and quick delivery. Most impressive, they look great. Definitely worth contacting if you need some.

I know a few that have used 'retroplates' they can do proper road-legal plates too
Problem is they are only on FB and they are not cheap.

Yes a true replica of the original plates, all the original details, no modern text of who made the plate. Sad I know, but I want to retain the original look where possible. The devil is in the detail....Cloggy Saint wrote: ↑Fri Aug 06, 2021 1:18 pmOk, I'm clearly missing something here, it's a number plate, beyond that .....?

So how does one know what the original number plate looked like? Were they all the same or dealer specific (likely).
Mine came from Dick Lovett.

I had dealer plates made by Pukar Designs I believe about 6 years ago. Always know you meet true enthusiast when they point them out. They're a nice touch.
