You guys know the rectangle on the left of the check panel? Wtf is meant to be there? Can't find it anywhere

Seen this... Is the guy selling them yet?
I'm thinking of adding a little screen for a reverse camera there. The guy who made the one you sent said it's easy to get rid of the black ink on the plastic with some acetone
