It took me a while but I've designed and printed some centre caps for my wheels. They're not perfect but I like them and they didn't cost me £100 each.

I'm not going to be selling them but all the stl files are available if you follow the link. It's probably cheaper to buy a printer and make yourself some than it is to buy originals.
