well well well, looks like GSF have joined ECP/CP4L in the "completely F***king useless club"
i placed an order via their site last week for a propshaft support bearing,
well the "parcel" turned up today, but it was nothing more that an empty jiffy bag, no parts, no paperwork nothing.
just tried to call them about it but surprise surprise there's no one available to answer the phone,
so, sent them an email asking for an explanation, & i'll try calling them again.
lets see what excuse them come up with.
GSF balls up!!

CP4L sent me the wrong rad for her indoors car and it took over three months to get my full money back after threats of legal action !!
They said they would send me a service kit for my car (wifes is a 1.0 polo) and I said "mine is a 330 e46 sport and I dont have shit in my engine !!!
To be fair they came good in the end but yet again we had to chase them so much so dont leave them alone .

well there's an update.
had an email from them asking for pictures of the "parcel", sent them two, one of the outside, one of the inside & stated that you could clearly see there had never been anything inside the package.
they replied & admitted they were at fault & would i like them to send a new one on express delivery.
well my reply was "yes" & they have said they are sending a new one out on express delivery, so far they have sent me the tracking info so now just got to wait for it to arrive.
