]Hello everyone,

I have received my vehicle specification from Cotswold BMW and was hoping that someone could shine some light on what the options included? The wing mirrors seemed like they were heated the other day so want to check for things like that but also out of general curiosity!!

I'm mainly intrigued by the 723 Edition 1990, 812 GB Specification, 925 AG Transit Protection, 850 Additional Fuel (as brimmed it comes to 55l on the OBC).

Are heated wing mirrors standard for an SE?? & the headlight wash wipe works too!!
TIA

These are all standard as a UK car,
812 GB Specification (it's a GB car)
925 AG Transit Protection (probably for when it was brought over on the lorry or boat)
850 Additional Fuel (they gave you a take of fuel)

Not sure what 723 Edition 1990 could be though.

Funny that of all the options, HLWW is on there but nothing else. Someone really wanted clean headlights lol.

Hahaha it does quite a lot of other options but they come under it being an SE I think. So all windows and the sunroof are electric, rear seats have headrests, 13 button OBC, electric wing mirror adjustment & I think they're heated too!!

The seatbelts are two tone with blue in the middle and a thin black stripe on the outer edges so not sure if that's the 1990 Edition thing.

It's also nice that the original buyer already de-catted it ahaha.

Don't think they did IIRC it was as it says "additional fuel" it was just a bit more to get it on and off the boat. They still arrived with fumes

AFAIK it was just the 'model year' designation. done to track cars around changeover between model years. 1990 edition would have started something like October 1989

The SE should have had it as standard so should not have been down as an option, although I do remember the 325 SE getting more options as standard than the 320 SE at the time I had my original 325i.

Maybe 1990 was one of those years and was added in. Also not the first time a mistake was made.

I had a little look through mine, all are 1990 cars but none had that designation on the spec sheets.

Neither does mine but I would guess there were spec changes between SE model years on the '89 '90 '91 that were easier to track with a single code.

Probably were not many changes year to year on the 318is

Looking at other 72X codes It may be one code to group the standard SE options together for 1990 year. Could be why those standard options are not listed separately

That makes a lot of sense! It does look more impressive if they're all listed individually but I get why they would group them together.
