as im not a great fan of white cars im starting to plan my next move for my e30,im planning to get it resprayed in the summer but im not sure of a colour yet.it will be an original e30 colour that i use.what are peoples opinions? please include some pics if possible :thumb:

calypso red, got to admit thats one of my favourite colours.......your right d6dph ,i do like the ford/cosworth parts bin but this ones definately going to be bmw ,and the stupid haircut isnt a problem....i have no hair winkeye

na it looks spot on, there is an old pic of bens car with black interior and it looked just as good.

my brothers car is calypso and has black leather, seriously such a beautifull colour. none comes near.

its probably gonna turn into a "battle of the touring " owners up here If mine gets the stuff I want done. :D

I'd say get a nice clearcoat black paintjob-all shined up pretty, and get some non wobbly wheels on it and she'll be a goodun :cool:

My dad sprayed his bosses car that colour (Was a MG zs) when you own a body shop I guess you can afford to do these things!

Oi G i'm i a chave then winkeye Ho go on please say yes. I've always wanted to be a reble. My blue cab is in flip. Sold it to my mate lastweek for Ԛ£2.5k just to get rid of it and he wants it resprayed in flip again. I'll tell him Geeman say's he's a chav and you best watch it cause they still practice cannibalism where he comes from winkeye :D

Okay... I'll re-phrase that.

The flip paint picture that Dobbie posted IS Chav... it's like that Chameleon paint that Nissan did on the Micra and Primera... lovely. Not.

A subtle change in colour is fine, but not a blatent change from Orange to Green to Purple to Yellow to White to Black to... etc.

Know what I mean? :wink:

cant beat the exclusiveness of having the only one in that colour, ive seen a calipso touring at Gaydon 2 years running in the big tarmack car park both times

Macau Blue if your desparate to change the colour or alternatively i'd go for a respray in white with a Motorsport tricolour stripe across the roof (or possibly a big blue oval on the roof! :P )

If not that then calypso red is nice but nightfire red is really nice although i dont think its an original e30 colour.
