i saw it posted on the zone's FB page, absolutely shocking & from what i can gather it's still on going.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

Barry did quite a bit of work on it to put it right and did an appraisal of what the work 'should' have cost.
There was incompetence on one side but I think there was a touch of naivety on the other, Thing is if you are paying that kind of money for a restoration you get to get to be picky. I certainly would be.

You often get what you pay for but too often paying the money does not guarantee you a good job.
I remember reading comments of the guy that had this built And how disappointed he was with the standard of the car under the gloss.

I'd say its shocking... But I'm not surprised. I guess you could argue the guys a bit naive, but if you're using a "decent" outfit, you have to trust to some degree they're going to do a nice job of it and do what they've been paid to do. In this instance, it looks like they've gone through the motions.
