So what are people doing to their E30’s this weekend?

I’m planning a nice shampoo foam cannon session, buffing it up. Then full interior detail. Clean those floor mats and carpets

Probably nothing, because no parts have turned up yet. Might, if I get time, pull the front seats out and looks at the recline mechanism.

well i was going to replace the sump gasket on mine, only to find out that my new sofa is coming today instead of next week so it looks like i'll be dragging the old one out today,

oh the joys, the neighbours are gonna love me having an old sofa sat outside for a bit.

Just squeaky and old. Needs a clean, tighten and lube.

Done. Following a healthy dose of WD40 and a gentle smack with a hammer, I now have a drivers seat that goes up and down like it should. Most of the squeaks have gone too. In typical Aussie fashion, the rails/sliders seemed to be lubed with a combination of sand and red dust.
