Are well kept examples worth that much in Continental Europe?

I don't know about the rest of Europe but car prices in Holland are through the roof compared with UK, especially classics. There are a lot more of them in daily use over there too. They particularly like the old Italians like Alfa GTVs, Juniors, Spiders etc.
