So as not to "hi-jack" a previous thread , let`s have a look at your`s.......the interior `s of your cars.
An odd seat or the full mashing will do and if you know the codes all the better.
One for you Brutus mate !!!!
Here is one of my seats from the outside( forgot the keys`s). Mart.

I think this is just the standard anthracite cloth that many received- I try and keep it tidy though! Also paired with a 30 year old fire extinguisher which would probably struggle to put out a fag (that’s if it works in the first place lol)
Edit: I don’t usually sit in the car in this orientation

I'm actually intrigued to find out what spec or trim I have..... Front driver seat is getting a bit tired, and I have yet to find one the same style....

Sorry about the lighting. This is 'Natur'.
I'm awaiting some new door trim retainer clips from eBay. Whilst the car looks very good from the outside and is mechanically pretty sound, the interior needs work.

Just a couple of shots of interior.
Not showing dash as it has the usual cracks in it but I do have one on the way I bought on Ebay for 150 in perfect condition, thought that was a good deal.
Athrazit grey hounds tooth 0211

Rear seats are as good as new and passengers side very good, one small crack in drivers side pocket but one lined up.
Carpets are all good, do have all original BMW mats but drivers is a bit shot underneath of course but top side is still good.
I would like to fit sport seats in front but here in Spain that is not allowed without a homogenisation test and fee. that goes for anything actually, wheels, wing, skirts, any change. Anyway, I am one of those idiots that like things 'original OEM.

I have the common light grey stripy velour - it gives the interior a light and airy feel. It also has the light grey lower dash - not sure how common this is?
I like the period cassette holder - the cassette player amuses my teenage kids greatly!

Your leather dash top looks interesting. Do you have any more detailed pictures of it?

Not a whole lot of pics - its up for sale at the moment as I'm actually having it redone in the UK along with the rest of the interior once Covid19 lets life get back to normal!

Bit of a thread revival
I have a couple of sets of genuine E30 Recaro LS, at least one set will need re-trimming and given that they are not exactly two-a-penny I want to get it right.
On my two E30s I know 'officially' heated seats could not be specc'd with Recaros. Were yours original or retrofitted? Main reason I ask is all the Recaro LS I saw were stitched horizontally but yours are stitched vertically like the heated Sport seats.
Were yours like that from the factory or were the centres re-done to incorporate the heating element strips?

My touring left the factory with heated sports seats. When I picked up the Recaros I obviously wanted to keep the heated function so retained and used the elements from the originals. When they were re-trimmed I asked for the stitching to be vertical to match the rears, nothing to do with accommodating the elements, which will probably give the purists a heart attack!

Currently in a transitional state, good chance to sort that rust in the footwells before installing my E90 seats. OEM be damned! Seriously though, I want to keep the car for a long while, these new seats are really supportive and comfortable, and dare I say they don't look too out of place.

I'll be interested to know exactly which "style" my interior is as I've yet to find another one like it. I've done a bit of searching on the net and can't seem to find another one out there.....
