Hi, this may sound like a silly question but is there any difference between the rear mud flaps which go on a 1987 Convertible E30 against a Saloon E30?

I need a set of rear mud flaps for my 1987 325i vert and I want to make sure I buy the right ones first, I'll also put a message in the wanted sections as well.

Thanks

I had the same issue with my touring. Did a lot of research on them and found the only real difference is between pre-face/ facelift cars and wether or not your car has side skirts.
I’m not sure when the facelift phased in for verts but just keep an eye out on eBay for the appropriate phase of e30.
I have SE side skirts and there are specific mud flaps but they are rare as snails teeth so I am just running rear flaps at the mo!

Side note: if you do get flaps make sure to wash them every week or so as well as the brackets as they can trap mud and rust out your arches! So long as you keep on top of washing you’ll be fine
