The black bit is the front bumper LH mount, and this car has received a substantial smack in the bumper on this side.
The bumper mount is designed to absorb some impact without damage, so remove it and compare its length from the mounting flange to the bumper bolt tube with the one on the other side. The deformable, energy absorbing front part of the chassis rail has received some damage, but as long as there aren't sprung spot welds and extra creases in the rail further back this in itself is of little importance.
The front panel mounts need to be examined and straightened if necessary, so that the wing an front are where they should be, and then a good bumper trial fitted to see if the mounting bolt holes line up when the panel gaps are correct. If the LH mount needs to move sideways, then a large hammer will sort that. If it needs to come forwards a little, washers can be added between the mount an the chassis rail, and longer bolts used.
This is far from the correct way, of course, but you did ask for a quick fix.
If you still have the original bumper that was in lace when the damage occured, the composite beam is a sacrificial energy absorbing structure, and should be replaced if showing signs of damage.
