I NEVER wash my car. I think the last time I did was when mum hoovered it, so I gave it a little wash.

In time for the meet at the ace cafÃƒÆ’Ã‚© tomorrow, I wet flatted and polished my once pink 318is....

It looks the nuts!.. Good job, I got up at 8:30 to start!!!

Didn't do a very good job. A friend is lending em his electric polisher (looks like a grinder) so I bought a mop head and some G10 to do the job properly for next week, but at least is quite shiny for tomorrow! I forgot the wheels are silver and the roof isn't matte pink.

Anyone else get all vain on their E30 this weekend?

I have the day off tomorrow so i will be tarting it up ready for ace tomorrow night

Wont be starting at 830 tho, i need my lye in!

i want my garage space back!!

having said that, i will give her a wash and polish tomorrow, even if its raining i will go to a sheltered car park and do it!!!

Gonna wash the convertible and hoover the carpets and wipe down the surfaces tomorrow

The "other" E30 hasn't been washed for 4 and a half months now - pressure washer in the arches every week or 2 to stop the crud building up is all it gets in the winter

M3 Ben, what time are you leaving for Aces? We could perhaps convoy down seeing as I'm only 15 miles away?

<edit>This will be in a 318i convertible so may be too slow for you

Can't really go fast though with all the dirt in the air, gotta keep the cars clean

Yea that would be good, i dont really know the way! I dont mind what time i leave really, im off work all day so i could leave whenever.

lol, i wont be in a rush, i dont normally stress the engine on the motorway so a nice easy cruise up there would be fine with me.

My house is a mission from the motorway, you have to go through wycombe and out the other side. The easiest place would probably be the sports center at the top of marlow hill. 530 soulds good to me.

From Aylesbury I think I'm coming from the side your house is on anyway? Not using any motorways, coming down the A4010.

HP11 1TJ - This is the postcode for the sports center, i think thats the best place to meet as its right next to the motorway with a big carpark.
