got told it was a bog stock head that needed a strip down as it was "worn out",
well stripped it down to a bare casting only to find that it had been rebuilt before,
it's had new valve stem seals, new valves, new rocker shafts, HD rockers, HD double valve springs, 3 angle valve seats, camshaft seals, & the icing on the cake???
a Schrick 284/272 camshaft
safe to say i'm happy with my £150 purchase, just need to fit a new cam pulley & it's all good to go.
