I bought some Bulls eyes for the Baur but four of the adjusters were solid as a rock.
Out comes the small wire brush and WD40 and after a good soak , no joy.
So I put them in boiling water and after 15 mins, two freed up which left me with two which the plastic adjusting end screwed off which does help.
There are two flats on this end and I gripped them with an old pair of pinsers (a vice was next) and gripped the plastic adjusting nut with pliers and they came free staight away.
Result !!!!
Wire brushed again and also with WD40, a quick dry off and coated in grease and I now have very usable adjusters
If I only needed one or two I would have gone to BMW @£12.70 each but it definately worth a try following this type of method.

I've got loads of these that were mostly seized. I gave them the wire brush treatment and then soaked them in a cup of cola for a few days. They're now all working as they should.
