E30 fuel tank??

Hi guys trying to find out are all the e30's petrol tanks the same??

I think there was a long range tank that added an additional 15ltrs capacity.

there are 3 different size tanks , ie 1 for the saloon 1 for the touring and 1 for the convertible as the floor pans are different

Wiki is your friend!! 2 tank types 55l and 63l.
The 15l long range tank was only available in conjunction with the 55l tank AFAIK, and also I believe it was only an option for S14 or M20 engined cars.
What I know for certain is that it is a real b*gger to fill right up.

There's a large vent from the RH side of the tank and a smaller one from the LH side. Both go to a spill tank in the RH rear upper wheelarch, with a tube going from there to the top of the filler neck.
