Hi folks. Anyone know of a good quality outdoor waterproof car cover for use with the E30? I'm new to this game so I'm not sure after trawling the internet which is best.

I can recommend Storm Car Covers https://www.stormcarcovers.co.uk/
Not cheap but quality and they do one to fit E30s

My Storm car cover arrived this morning and has deflected a mild dusting of snow so far.
It fits pretty well, and the rear seems to be shaped in a way to allow the water to run off, rather than following the straight down e30 rear window and straight out boot lid. The material is thick and formed of 4 layers.
So far so good.

I had the halfords car cover for a few years but it seems to have hardened up and not be as resistant to the rain.
I noticed the car getting wet under the cover and just leave the cover off now to avoid any damage to the paint.
The cover was good when new though.

I found that the inside of the Halfords cover perishes after while.

I've had one for about six months , no issues so far but it's well worth taking it off once in a while just to make sure there's no moisture trapped .Captain_Birdseye wrote:My Storm car cover arrived this morning and has deflected a mild dusting of snow so far.

The halfords one is good for about 4 years and then it starts to perish. like others say. It is tough though and survived the persistent storms we had a few years back.
They have just bought out a new one with flaps and different end panel- don't know how good these are.
